StyleCon 2016 Will Bring Glam, Celebrity Speakers and Hot Brands to OC.

Calling all fashionistas, style gurus, and beauty bloggers! On Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Hangar at the OC Fair & Events Center, come join your fellow style and beauty connoisseurs at StyleCon, Southern California’s Premiere Beauty and Fashion Event! If you are interested in advancing yourself in the fashion and beauty community, you must attend this event!

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with fellow style influencers, brands, and make-up artists, and bloggers. There will be StyleBrand presentations, celebrity speakers, style panels, oh, and StyleTotes complimentary goodie bags bags filled with amazing beauty and lifestyle products from StyleCon’s StyleBrands.

StyleCon 2016 Comes to the OC Fairgrounds

StyleCon 2016 is upon us, and I couldn’t be more excited. A one-day convention that unites fashion designers, stylists, bloggers, entrepreneurs and fashionistas of all ages and stripes at the Hangar, where distinguished celebrities and It Girls such as The Bachelor contestant Sarah Herron, industry leader Twila True, blogger Marta Pozzan and E! News personality Melanie Bromley will share with aspiring Anna Wintours their knowledge and insight on how to advance their careers in the ever-evolving fashion world.

But even if you’re not familiar with the who’s-who of industry leaders, Instagrammers and bloggers headlining Saturday’s event, StyleCon promises to be as interactive as possible for all attendees, with informative panels, presentations, free product demos and the chance to consult with brand experts about specific products. A pop-up shop for trendy clothing stores will allow ladies to peruse the new looks for winter, while makeup artists and stylists offer complimentary hair, makeup and nail service. There’s an escape room sponsored by the NFL Juniors division in which to play puzzles, as well as an organic snack bar.

Beauty Meets Fashion!

StyleCon is beauty and style’s answer to Comic-Con. Conceived by Newport Beach attorney Robyn Grant, far right, and Corona del Mar marketing professional Irene Martino, it launched last year drawing 1,500 people and rave reviews.

Open to the public, it offers keynote speakers, beauty treatments, and the chance for style brands and digital influencers to connect. With new sponsors such as Microsoft, the women will take their show on the road. Next stop: New York.

StyleCon 2016 Set for Nov. 5! Get Your Tickets Now!

It’s time for 2016’s StyleCon, our own homegrown beauty, style, and fitness convention slated Saturday, Nov. 5 2016.

Tickets are on sale now for the annual bash, which launched last year to rave reviews and drew nearly 2,000 people. It’s planned from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Hangar at the OC Fair & Event Center, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.

This year’s theme is aimed at showing attendees—including style influencers, bloggers, and brands—how to grow their own brands and influence. Speakers include OC luxury beauty and nail guru Twila True (owner of Polished Perfect by Twila True salons) and Heidi Nazarudin, style blogger (theambitionista.com) and work style expert. Both will share stories about their rise to success.

Another O.C. influencer, YouTube star Olivia Jade, famous for her make-up tutorials (over 1 million views) will appear on the Style Stage as will lifestyle and fitness stars, Cambrie and Faith Schroder.

This year, StyleCon is expected to be even bigger, say organizers, and brands are lining up to participate. Microsoft will host a “digital pavilion” where guests can try the latest Surface tablets; London-based trendsetting retailer Toyshop returns with fall’s hottest styles, including a bomber jacket embroidery station; OC-based Sleek Hair will offer a dry styling station and an Ardell Lash Bar; glamour stations will provide one-on-one beauty advice from the pros; and Nordstrom’s Trunk Club offers a “clubhouse for personal style makeovers.”

Tickets start at $39 and include a tote full of gifts and giveaways valued at more than $75; VIP tickets are $79 and $149 and include the “StyleTote” with deluxe gifts.

StyleCon and Boohoo are co-hosting a Pre Coachella Fashion Fest in Westwood, Los Angeles – a Pop Up party showcasing a capsule collection of Coachella inspired fashions on Saturday, April 2, 2015, from 1 to 4 in Westwood, CA. Highlights of the Pop Up will include the latest in Coachella fashions, a live DJ, snacks, and pamper stations.
